Hands free problems

So far I'm loving my C300 however I'm very disappointed with the bluetooth hands free. Basically when having conversations with people I can hear them fine however they struggle to hear me, apparently on the other end it sounds like I'm very distant and the audio breaks up.

Is this normal, does anyone else have this or do I need to make my first trip back to the dealer?

I've heard no complaints on mine. But before scheduling anything with the dealer you might want to try pairing a different phone. It'll further isolate whether you have a car issue or perhaps a phone issue.

I've tried my wife's Moto G which seems to be pretty much the same as my Oneplus One

I know this will sound daft, but you have maximised the Transmission (microphone) volume under the Telephone Menu?

Click to the right on the Phone concerned and go to the Volume adjustments.
