2015 C220 AMG Line Bluetech.
Why?
A) you would need to re-write COMAND OS, I suspect
B) you would need to find a way for the touch screen to outwardly communicate with the rest of the car's systems
C) in trying to get it to work you will (almost certainly) brick you car's OS
D) even if you do get it working, the bloody fingerprints will drive you mad -ask any owner of a Renault....
Unless you have a PHD and VERY deep pockets I would either accept this lovely car doesn't have one, or buy something that does.

The COMAND dial and touchpad are easier to use and less distracting, once you get past the learning curve. I think a touchscreen would be a step backwards and cheapen the C Class. If someone really wants a touchscreen they should shop for another car. I think that if you're coming from a car with a touchscreen you may want something similar. Once you use the COMAND dial and touchpad, you'll never consider a touchscreen again.

I came across this youtube video the other day. It looks to be a local company in Thailand but shows its possible I guess?

There's also a demo for a W212 - it's quite a reach to the screen!

It comes down to personal preference and I don't see why it needs a debate. I've seen shop does this for previous model. So I'd like to hear if anyone has found a shop does this for 2015 model.

My previous car had a touchscreen (2011 VW GTI), and going to the COMAND system didn't take much time to get used to it - granted, I've had MANY Mercedes rentals when I travel to Germany, so I've got plenty of time with it previous to my purchase..
I like the dial and touch panel a lot more now that I'm comfortable with them. The fingerprints drove me nuts in the GTI.

Don't know what you're trying to say but I do notice fingerprints and glares on my iPhones and iPads but the touch screen on my TL was not noticable. I think the TL's screen is not glossy like the Apple products hence less noticable prints. That just my opinion.
