I have noticed that when I switch from radio or satelite to bluetooth there is a big volume drop off. For some reason you have to individually set the sound profiles for all different sound sources and I have set them up pretty consistent so that is not it.
I have never had this issue before on any car so I am thinking don't have the setting right somewhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

There's another thread on this somewhere. When the device is paired and audio playing try turning up the audio volume on the device (phone etc).
Bluetooth on the device usually has its own volume control.

Yes the phone volume control was the culprit. Don't recall having that issue in E.

You're welcome. It's not an issue as such. The newer Bluetooth audio protocols allow volume control at the device as well as the HiFi.
