Real World MPG for C300 RWD?
For those of you with the C300 RWD, could you describe your driving habits, typical driving circumstances, and the MPG you're getting?

I feel like a good sample for this. My commute to work is 24 miles, half freeway with no traffic and half streets with typical traffic. My route back home is 90% freeway with rush hour for 2/3 of that. Typical errands around town on the weekend are streets with no traffic.
Usually I roll in Eco mode with the auto start enabled. I drive very normal, no lead foot or granny takeoffs, and probably 2-3 times a week I'll need to really gun it to get around someone.
I'm only 1000 miles in, but I've been quite steady at 25.2 average the entire time.
I'm just coming into this car from a W204 C250 which got a whopping 22.2 average over my 29,000 miles, and my driving habits were the same in that car, so thats about a 14% increase from the previous generation.

It's been pretty comfortable in southern California, mid 70's most days.
I expected a bit higher since the estimates are 25 city 34 highway and I'm barely eeking out the city number with a good balance of driving.
I do get a good 32+ on longer all-freeway drives, but those are less than once a week when I drive out to my brother's place 25 miles away.

Hmmm I see. Well I hope it will get better with the summer fuel (assuming SoCal switches between summer and winter fuel). I'm really looking for around 27-29 combined mpg minimum.
