ILS package
I received my C400 few days from now.
I'm very pleased about almost every features of this car.
My only question is regarding the ILS lighting package.
I wanted to get your impressions, because mine are sometimes moving without apparent reason (especially on the right side), sometimes maintain black segments in the left side, etc.
I don't understand this behavior and wanted to know if you have the same impression.
Rgds.

I've only driven mine a few times in the dark since I got it two weeks ago. I didn't notice them wandering or moving without my input from the steering wheel.
Have you a clean windscreen/shield as I believe the camera for the adaptive part is housed in the top of the rear view mirror assembly. Though I think that's only used for the adaptive high beam and not the curve lighting which should be steering based.
I'm not sure if the C class has the predictive cornering stuff like the CLS and S Class does though.

Do you mean the ILS or the Adaptive Headlamp Assist Plus?

Thank you.
No no, the Adaptive Headlamp Assist Plus works well, I've no problem when there is a car in front of me.
My problem is when I'm alone on the road. It does correctly react when I turn the steering wheel, but it does sometimes move without reason.
The camera is clean, and I observe these strange movements since the first day. I though the system had a kind of "rodage" to be operational but I'm now in my 2500th Km.

Most likely you are seeing it auto leveling for small variations in the road. My ILS with Xenons in my W204 does appear to be moving around, almost like the lights are floating. I got used to it fairly quickly, as well as the cornering lamps and swivelling lamps - so much that I find driving a non ILS equipped car to be annoying now.
