Ordering a saloon with a towbar, got access to parents caravan which we use a couple of times a year in summer, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how the c350e may cope?
The W205 in general tends to get ok reviews, so thinking with the extra car weight it may be ok taking into account the BHP, not sure on MPG would be though!

2015 C220 AMG Line Bluetech.
See no reason why it would be a capable towing vehicle.
There are 2 points to bear in mind, though:
A) as you rightly anticipate, fuel consumption WILL be sh*te with a dead weight lugging behind.
B) EVERY other road user will be secretly planning ways to see your caravan destroyed, in the same vein as Top Gear would do it... ie - Explosions/Falling vehicles from the sky/Hand grenade etc....
