Is it possible to tweak the Garmin Map Pilot?
First drive with it. It's just really really bad software.
In the menu, the options are really limited. I am wondering if there is any configuration/settings file on the SD card can be edited. Things such as the ordering of the favorites, speed warning etc.

I've seen nothing like that anywhere.
There are other threads and a bunch of stuff on-line about adding POI's and other things. There may be some advice on-line, but I don't recall seeing it.
You can see all of the files, folder structure, etc. using Windows explorer or something similar when viewing the SD card.
