Terrible wind noise in highway driving
My c300 was built in January. If anyone plan to buy a nice and quiet car, run away from Mercedes c300. Please Check for Audi A4 or BMW 328.
Whats speeds do you hear the wind noise start?
Unfortunately, no dealer fixes have been reported and MB seems reluctant to acknowledge the problem. In side by side comparisons, no apparent differences have been found between cars that had wind noise and those that didn't. Also, this issue is worldwide, and not limited to any particular assembly plant.
If it were me, and my dealer couldn't help, I would head over to a good body shop and have them take a look at the car. I'm pretty sure a decent shop could figure this out and come up with a fix.

As far as noise, I hear more noise in my CLA and I think the CLA is super quiet.
OP: keep pestering the dealer, C300 is better than my previous 3 BMW's.
I would said most of the noise is related with the run flat tyres.
I am not sure if all the MB in the world is using run flat tyres for W205, but when I change the winter tyres last winter I found out it have much less noise than the original tyres.
Fortunately for me, I just so happen to drive past not one but TWO MB dealerships when commuting to work everyday. If I receive poor service at the dealership I'm purchasing my vehicle at, I will just start going to the other MB dealership instead.

We have one Mercedes dealer in New Hampshire. The managers, and much of the staff, are women ... which is unusual for a car dealership. The level of service I've gotten from them has been incredible, and they are the only reason I'm still driving a Mercedes product.
The majority of complaints voiced on this forum would be non-issues if dealers took those complaints seriously, and made an effort to successfully address them to the owner's satisfaction. Exceptional dealer and customer service should be the norm, not the exception for any brand of car ... and Mercedes should be a class leader in this area.

Correction... Mercedes Dealer in Stratham also!

Both
dealerships have indicated to me over the years they are separate business entities.
Actually purchased cars from both when I lived in NH.
I seem to ® ember the line was they separated several years ago (family feud).
Never did check the validity of statements, tho.
