any updates for maps?
It's such a rip off that after paying so much the maps lack detail and doesn't have all the info though it's Garmin maps(?) while a $100 garmin GPS can do much better.
Also not to forget the simplicity of updating maps on the handy GPS device, taking the car to the service center for map updates is such an over kill!

Is it different than "2014/2015 (V4.0) N.AMERICA"? Thanks for looking!
I have a windshield mounted Garmin bought in January 2012 that came with 4 free updates per year for life, which I do update every 3 months. I just plug the Garmin into the PC and off it goes. So far I have had 15 updates and it pains me that my 2012 Garmin carries more accurate mapping than my 2015 MB.

Still using Google and/or Apple Maps as it is a quantum leap better than the Garmin Map Pilot...

P.S... Google Maps and Garmin both tell me the drive to Toronto is 4 hours; COMAND says 4 1/2 (in reality it's usually close to 4 hours excluding stops). Two points:
- Clearly COMAND has speed information in it, but they won't display it (I continue to wonder why)
- Should I assume the ETA's are all conservative? It'll be interesting to compare the two as I travel with both systems
