Where can I find good Carbon Fiber mirror covers? I want something that someone has tried and looked good
Can you please post links for the mirror covers? I found things in Ebay that range from $120 to $350+ and some are labeled (LHD) and others (RHD). I'm assuming that they stand for Left Hand Drive and Right Hand Drive
Is there a difference between LHD and RHD?

I am looking for a Carbon Fiber mirror cover NOT a replacement or a housing replacement.

To be honest, I'm not sure that it would matter. Is the driver side and passenger side mirrors different sizes (I never noticed it if they are)? If not, then it shouldn't matter and this set should work.

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that they are completely different

because cars that have a Right Hand Drive have different shaped or angled mirrors than the left. I'm gonna have to ask them about it just to make sure

btw, how reliable is that website? I don't usually buy from sites like that

Left and right are different, dont forget to check LHD or RHD before ordering.

So they ARE different

Even the mirror covers are different??????? or just the mirror housing replacement???

The base and housings are different, the drivers side mirror is slightly larger due to the GPS and Emergency Phone antennas placed there.

Try these guys it's a local LA area company and I've seen there parts on a couple of cars. I would like to get there front spoiler but they don't make one yet to fit the 15's bumper style. And as far as quality, they are all made in China from a simple carbon mold injection. If you had ten friend to buy wholesale, your cost would be $50.00 a unit on a ten piece lot on Alibaba web site.

Last I knew, RW Carbon didn't have the CF mirror covers ready just yet. I did buy the CF rear spoiler from them and it was great quality for the price. Very easy to install as well.

Consider swapping mirror caps with a C450 AMG Sport... when the dealership is closed

Why? They are not different in any way.

They are black, pretty much the same look you are going for and over a better match for w205 that comes with zero carbon fiber.

I bought a pair on Alibaba for my RHD for around $100. Not sure if they do LHD but search alibaba

The fit is just OK as there is a small 2mm gap near the outermost black strip around the mirror. Perhaps other sellers would have better quality. From a distance you cant tell. I'll post pics when I get a chance


I am now considering wrapping mine in gloss black and I think the finish will always be better than covers
