I so much loved the 2015 08R wheels, I thought they gave a high-end mystique appearance to the C300 Luxury. Now the thought they'll be replaced with plain silver painted wheels, which I haven't seen in person, that thought is depressing. I would so rather prefer chromed wheels. Would it be safe to chrome plate these silver painted wheels?

C450 red seat belts
Not crazy about the red stitching & red seat belts.Does anyone know if it is possible to order aC450 in iridium silver with all black interior with black seatbelts?I think the red accents make it look more like a boy racer than a sport/luxury car.

All black is for leather only. MBTex comes with the red seat belts and trim.

I would special order and see if you can get them in the U.S. Insist that the salesman contact MBUSA. Some things can be ordered this way even though the sales person doesn't know about it.

BTW thanks for the link!!! Looks like the "normal" airmatic suspension is still available too. Strongly recommended for those who must have the smoothest ride. Love mine (after it was fixed).

Air-Matic is not available on C450, only on C300 and other variants. C450 comes with an already included electro-magnetic dampened suspension that is lifted straight from the C63.

And the gray paint I thought was just awful. I still don't care for that wheel style, will be interested to see one with silver paint. If I end up ordering the luxo package I'll likely buy aftermarket wheels (17's) or just opt for the 18" split-spoke factory wheels, much as I loath a staggered size setup.
EDIT: BTW, just took a look at TireRack and a set of 17" wheels would run $500 to $700 depending on the style. I would likely go that route to keep the 225-50 tires for the softer ride and 'square' sizing. (non-staggered).

I cant even add heated steering to a 2016 unless opt for Interior package. It seems a tough option to get!
