Anybody has pictures of a car with Tinted taillights?

A light tint looks really good on a lot of exterior colors. Fully blacked out looks pretty stupid and does make them harder to see. There is quite a bit of difference between the two extreme ends of the spectrum.

I'd suggest a 30sec google image search before making a post that's either ignorant or a poor attempt at humor.

I am planning to tint a very little amount on the tail lights , not as dark as pictures above.
Completely blacked out/tinted tail lights on white Mercedes especially takes it's classiness away and is kinda ghetto looking and this is coming from a guy who loves tinted tail lights.
Tinted tail lights look great on few cars , like Jaguar XF.

I agree 100% I plan on tinting my tail lights in my opinion the red is too much so a light smoke would contrast it down a little bit on a white car keeping the reverse light cut out in white and having black Accents and carbon fiber elsewhere to contrast..in MY opinion

No opinion on the aesthetics. As a former adjuster I can tell you that tinted tails or no working tails at all you can't go around rear ending cars and walk away without liability. You still have eyeballs, depth perception and headlights.
In a rear end collision there is always a presumption of negligence on the following driver. You can argue comparative negligence for faulty equipment (in some states) but the offset is minimal...10-15%. Your carrier is going to eat the lion's share of the property damage and injuries in the car you hit, and your rates are going up regardless of the little comp neg offset. And if you injure a guest passenger in the other car, they can collect 100% of their damages from either driver, so whichever of you has the highest limit eats that claim in its entirety.
Don't run into cars or other large objects regardless of how bright the object's tail lamps are.

I tinted just white reverse strip on my w204 I love the look. but I get it, its all personal preference.
Only issue is when you reverse its not bright enough so be carful

Correct. An aftermarket AMG bumper from AliExpress will do. The side ventilation cut-outs can also be ordered as aftermarket. Thus will dramatically change the look of the car.

If I had couple thousand dollars laying around, I for sure would change both front/rear bumpers to AMG then wrap the entire car.. but sadly, not in that position.
Just wish the original owner bought the car with the AMG Package..

I agree 1000% with what you're saying Andy. The only issue is cost. Aftermarket AMG bumper could cost from $300-800. Plus cost of Paint match. I've thought this process through numerous times but if I can get an "semi-aggressive" look by adding canards to my non-amg rear bumper, I would choose that route.

If you mean the chrome trim on the sides of the rear bumper, you may run into the same problem similar to not having an AMG bumper for the fake brake vent winglets. These chrome trim pieces fit into slots in the factory bumper, which I believe was not offered in the U.S. (?)
Here's one example of the trim pieces:

I guess you could cut off the tabs and 3M tape them on and hope they don't fall off if you are dead-set on having them.
