Saving agility setting on restart

I just got my new 2015 C300! Going from a 2000 C280 to this is going to take a lot of getting used to. I've figured it a lot of the tech, but cannot figure out how to have to car start in the sport agility mode without having to go in and change it each time after restart. Is there a way to do this? Mine keeps defaulting to comfort. I know I can't turn Eco off permanently but it seems to me like I should be able to save which drive mode it defaults too.

Also, does anyone know how to wipe the Bluetooth memory? Mine was a loaner for a short period of time so there are a few phones paired with the car. I unpaired the phones but it seems to me like if they downloaded their contacts to the car (which I think happens automatically by default) that they are still on there even after unauthorizing.

Thanks for any comments!

Congrats on your new car!!

Unfortunately, there is no way to save the agility setting (in the US). You have to select the setting you want to be in each time you start your car.

I believe if you deleted the previously paired phones, there is no need to delete anything else.

Its true everywhere else too the car always reverts to comfort. Pet peeve of many so don't feel alone. The truth is you will quickly find out that comfort is the best setting for 90% plus of driving situations. Its an excellent mix of economy and performance.

Since your car is still new, you should ideally drive in C mode anyway.

Thanks all! I was driving myself crazy reading the manual looking for the answer. And the car is "new" but was a loaner so it has over 5k miles on it. That means I'm past the break-in period, right?

You can only change the default setting with a custom ECU intervention (e.g. remap).
Nothing out of the box though.
