Canadian C450 AMG Sport

I just had winter wheels installed on C450. It was hard to find one! Even the one with the same specification posted above from 1010tires are way too close to the nuckle. I ended up using +32mm offset instead and it works just fine. I'll post picture soon.

Can you share the brand, model and supplier?

Bad news guys, the wheels don't fit! 1010tires assured me that they would, but they are slightly touching the brakes. The good news is they will give me a full refund because of their fitment guarantee, the bad news is, I am back to square one, and with snow expected anytime soon, I will have to park my car.

I was advised by Vivid Racing that the HRE FF01 will fit the C450. I was also advised that Wheels Boutique can supply them for about $2500 USD plus shipping!

Anyone has TPMS on their Canadian C450? I got the 19" wheel option on mine and it comes with TPMS.
I'm debating if I should get separate wheels, winter tires and 4 sensors ($400 at MB dealer) or just get some 19" winter tires that will have to be mounted on existing rims.
What happpens without TPMS sensors, just a malfunction message or also the orange light on the dash?

My dealer checked the VIN and mine has TPMS. I bought the sensors from Benz.
My personal preference is separate wheels for the winter tires. Partly to save wear and tear on one set of wheels and partly because I like wheel options.
MB wheels are hard to buy at the moment. I was advised that the 5 spoke 18" is the only one available and about $4K for the set. I will slap my winter tires on my stock wheels this winter and see if I can find wheel options in the Spring. I had a set ordered by they did not fit. Others have had issues with fitment on non OEM wheels.

Nope, mine offset is 45mm. I just realize your car is a C400. It's the bigger brakes on the C450 that is the problem. Those wheels are fine for the C400, they don't fit C450, I found out the hard way

From my understanding, Canadian W205 use passive TPMS, which is using ABS sensor to detect. Therefore, I don't need TPMS sensor. After I installed my winter set, adjust the tire pressure, start the engine, restart the tire pressure monitor from on board computer. No error message, no warning light.

I thought C450 and C400 are using the same brake. I don't see this difference on C450 spec sheet. Well, good luck finding correct wheel.

My BMW had a passive system. The Merc, at least my C450, has the TPMS. Check with your parts department to be sure.

The front and rear rotors are about a 1/2 larger on the C450 and the front calliper us huge. The front axle is the same as a C63. Not a lot of room when I had my wheel off.

I've decided to go with tires only, 19" winters on existing Rim.

Just placed my order for a March delivery
Polar white
Cranberry leather
Premium
Ash wood
AMG steering wheel
19 inch wheels
Still undecided on the intelligent drive option. Have about a week to decide on this.
I'm starting to look at winter tire and wheel options.
Has anyone had any success with aftermarket 18 or 19 wheels?
If so can you post which wheels?

I am someone who always uses the cruise control and I found on a test drive that the intelligent drive option as a useful feature that extended the features of the cruise. The cruise will not only hold my speed but will also adapt to the traffic so I don't have to keep disengaging and engaging the cruise for the occasional traffic bunching.

Hey guys, quick question regarding the Power Trunk Package for C$675. What exactly does this package include? Thanks
-buttons in the trunk to power close/lock the car
-hands free trunk access?

Stick your foot under the rear bumper to open the trunk
For me, there are many better ways to spend $675. But that's just me, perhaps.

I'm with you there, that's an option that I struggled to see the value, so i didn't get it. For me, I bought the C450 more for the sport, than the luxury, and every option that I wont use only add unnecessary weight to the car.
