Are the United Airlines MileagePlus Incentives any good?

Are the United Airlines MileagePlus Incentives any good?
Are the incentives for MileagePlus Premier members actual factory cash (that would come off of any negotiated price with a dealer) or just pre-negotiated discounts via Truecar?
When I go to www.united.com/mercedes, it takes me to a Truecar site that lists a $2500 incentive for a 2016 C300, but it appears they make you go through Truecar's process of getting offers from their certified dealers.
I've already negotiated a selling price for my '16 C300 that's on order; just wondering if I can "stack" this incentive on top of that or not.
