Is there any way I can buy the black ash wood trim?
I made the mistake of not getting the black ash wood trim. I was wondering if there was any way I could order it from a dealer or if there were vendors out there. I only want the center console. The stock gloss black is so annoying.

I did see both interiors (piano black and black ash) in pictures. Not sure how they look like in real life.

I've had my car for two months now with the piano black. It just seems really crappy because you can see every finger print a tiny little scratches. If it is in direct sunlight it looks even worse.

I drive a CLK and the interior trim, including the steering wheel, is burl walnut wood. After over 10 years of ownership, the wood trim still looks great. This is one of the reasons that my car still looks great after so many years.
