mbrace Connect on 2015
It seems that mbrace Connect is new to 2016 models and offers 5 years for free.

It seems to have a lot of cool features, and was wondering if anyone has heard anything or has any insight on this becoming available on the 2015 models.
From what I recall, when I took delivery of my 2015, I was only offered 6 months free of mbrace, so I think mbrace Connect is new.

It's unavailable options like remote start, heated sport steering wheel or heated rear seats...that and the 2016 model gets mbrace free for 5 years, slow 3G service, and one cannot shut-off permanently the extremely annoying auto-engine shut-off feature that just might sway me to BMW next time.

I admit its been something of a sore point with myself as well. I like the car well enough but I feel like I'm getting a raw deal on the mbrace. $300/year (after taxes) for smartphone capability when BMW is free? C'mon...
