Yea I only had 3500 miles when I ran mine. From what I've been told most safe good tunes are going to be around the same due to small intercooler and restricted exhaust. The reason I say 13.0et in the c450 is because like you said every 10 horsepower is a tent in the 1/4 the c400 runs 13.3 13.4 the c450 only has 33 more horse which takes off roughly 3 tenths. That's why increase of 51 horse on my c400 gave me a 12.8et

Your 60' times are not good enough to get under 13 sec.You need to be under 2 sec for 60'.Were you getting a momentary hesitation at the start? Did you have the ESP turned off and in sport+ mode? My 2 runs with my test equip gave me 1.92 & 1.93 60' times.When tested at the drag strip my 60' times were within .03 of the strip timer.

Did you have ESP off and were you in sport+.You should also shallow stage,creep very slowly until you barely turn on the second light.If you deep stage,by driving 8" or 10" into the second light,you could lose as much as .2 sec in ET.

Interesting...perhaps work on your driving and try again.
What is also interesting is that I recall reading earlier on this forum that a C400 with a JB4 tune from Burger Tuning did 113 mph trap after trapping 108 mph stock.
Granted this was with a g-timer like data piece that the Oldman rocks.
Time will tell how these C450s run, with the extra hp from the factory and the different torque split + and suspension goodies it should be a bit faster than a C400 with the same performance modifications (or stock vs stock for that matter) so we as a community will have to wait what other tuning companies put out.

Yea G-timers are way off on trap speed there was a renntech tune with G-timer also that said 112mph. I don't see anyone traping over 110 max. I do think with a good launch the c450 can dip in to mid 1.9's 60 foot.

When I took my 2015 C400 4matic to the local track, it ran the 1/4 mile in 13.200 seconds at 105.54 mph. 0.055 reaction time. 2.013 60ft. Totally bone stock.
Basically I disabled traction control, put it in sport + and that was it... A/C was off also. I have the sport suspension, non-airmatic.

I don't find this to be true.My GT2 timer was within .5 mph of the trap speed at Maple Grove Raceway.On some runs it was slightly slower than the strip timer and on other runs it was slightly faster.If you look on Dragtimes site under BMW 545I,the second fastest time under "grogan 545" is mine.My GT2 timer on that run was 103.0 mph,and the ET was 13.59.If you don't follow the instructions on the GT2,you may get some crazy numbers.The original version of the GT timer did have accuracy problems,but the GT2 has proven to be very accurate.

Good numbers C400,if you look what I posted they are very similar(slightly faster).The weather was much better during my test,45F and very low humidity.None of my numbers look funky and closely resemble what you would expect at a dragstrip.

I have never seen more than .5 mph off from drag strip timer.Tuners are inclined to show the best possible results.It is in their best interests to do so.You can skew the results on the test equip by set up.I have no proof this was done except when you see results that don't make sense they are probably wrong. I am not sure at this point if any of the available tunes are an improvement for the 450C,time will tell.

I do think these piggyback systems won't yield the results of a true ECU flash. I could be wrong but I don't plan on modding this thing until a few vendors come out with actual flashes of the ECU and the gains shown.

I was a little nervous getting my tune done being I was pretty much the Ginny pig but I heard nothing but good things about AMR performance if your looking for a tune for c400 or c450 I'd give them a call there located in CT. I was def happy with my tune results

Your results on the c400 are certainly worth while,but I don't think the same tune would be of much improvement on the 450C.

No I agree don't know if they have advertised gains for c450 yet at AMR. I know the intcooler is very small on c400 not sure if the same one is used on c450. Whic h limits the power gains also restricted exhaust but I'm sure the c450 which has a better exhaust can get more power. Renntech advertised 402/ 454 but I think that's with high octane 98 Ron Euro.
