I notice when @ startup I get metallic noise after few seconds it is gone, also my check engine light was saying the CAMS sensors need to replaced they have been replaced, but the check engine stills goes off and on, it is currently off, and suggestions? Thanks
Unfortunately, this forum is for the W205 C Class, which runs from 2014. I believe yours will be a W204 model - there is a forum for that model too. I would suggest it'll help to post your issue there as you stand a better chance of meaningful feedback.

OK.....but the W205 didn't come out until model year 2014 at the earliest. In other words, you likely do have a 2012 C250. But it is NOT a W205. It is a W204.
Does your car look like this? If it does, it's a W204:
