I'm planing to order it and lease it.
below is the detail and i would like to see if you guys think it is a good deal.

My Build: $62,610 MSRP
Invoice: $58,295
Selling price: $55,610
Total discount: $7,000
Total discount off MSRP: 11.18% OFF MSRP
Total discount off Invoice: 4.6% OFF Invoice
Lease term: 36 month
MF: 0.0024
Residual:
10,000 miles per year: 59%
12,000 miles per year: 58%

so is it good or ?

Sounds like a great deal. Can someone explain to me why a dealer would sell an ordered car below invoice?!?! Why waste an allocation on that...

I know dealers also get a holdback, so their actual invoice is a bit lower... but still...

So long story short, went into the dealer and the guy playing dumb saying that he thought i was going to pick a car from his lot, he would get that deal for me.
So like the old school bait and switch, even tho i have e-mail prove that he agree to that.
so at the end of the day, did not get it.

MF is inflated I believe. Go look at edmunds.com...there is a W205 lease thread with the MF and residuals for various leases

I went in to MB of boston to look at one the other day and they were trying to tell me they lease for 850/month. amazing how clueless some of these salesmen are
