Convenience Closing by pressing Air Recirculation Button? (MY 2016)

All windows and sunroof can be closed by pressing the "Air recirculation" Button for more than five seconds. It is a convenient function if you go through a tunnel or
heavy smokes. When you are through with the tunnel, press the button for a while to open the windows and sun roof to the originally opened position.

My W205 C200 Model Year 2015 works fine with closing of windows and sunroof by pressing the air recirculation button.

But some people are complaining that this function does not work on the cars manufactured after July 2015.

Does anybody have this issue for the cars manufactured after July 2016?

I live in Korea and it may be possible with the C class variations sold in other countries.

Pressing the recirculation switch for 5 seconds or more does not close any of my windows in my 2015 C300 (ordered end of March 2015, delivered Jun 23, 2015)...engine on or off.

The only way I can close all my windows is to press & hold the "Lock" button on my FOB from the outside.

May be it depends on territory or model year.
Thank you for posting a reply.

This function may depend on the models, countries and model years.
