The M276 doesnt use an aircooled oil cooler, only thing affected by that plate would be the water cooler and AC condenser, and that small plate wont cause any issues even in warm enviroments.

I had one of these on my sold w204 after I decided to remove my front plate bracket.

I enjoyed the look for a while but found myself driving with it off more often then on. This will make your front sensors go off

Parking or precollison sensors? I haven't had any issues yet, but haven't really spent much time with it.

Front parking sensors. Before purchasing I read many mixed reviews about the product effecting the sensors (not this specific product)

Maybe it depends on the car and angle the plate is in but something to keep in mind.
