Does mbrace for audio 20 allow you to send a destination from your phone to the Garmin map pilot or is it only for the multimedia option cars? Mine won't seem to work even though the app says it sent the info..but I don't have the multimedia pack..Also what other parts of mbrace wont work without the multimedia package?

You need the Multi-Media package for MBrace to send a destination to your car.

I think you need the command system which is the multimedia package not audio 20.

Audio 20 is the garmin nav.

I'm not sure why you're responding to me? I'm well aware the Multi-Media package is not Audio 20 with Garmin. Both our C300 and GLC300 have Multi-Media. I was telling the poster who I quoted in my response that they need Multi-Media, if they want to send directions via MBrace to their car.

Sorry wasn't actually responding to you just did it on my mobile phone which included your quote somehow.

I was just trying to be clear that it's the Mercedes Comand system as opposed to the audio 20 which is required for the send to car functionality.

In the UK Mercedes's doesn't sell a Multimedia package as you call it to get Mercedes Comand you need to purchase the Premium Plus package which incorporates the Comand system.

Thanks for clarifying. It is odd how packages, which pretty much contain and do the very same things, are grouped differently country by country. From Canada, the US and UK, we all speak the same language. Our cars do pretty much the same things, so why call these packages different names and group things differently?
