yea its weird my 400 would say the gear no matter what mode but my 450 isnt like that

Yup. Not much people keep their car over 4 to 5 years now and manufacturing tolerance keep getting better. Break-in is just a warranty saving measure from a manufacturer perspective. Just drive it like you stole it and the performance of your car may actually be better down the road.

Just google hard vs soft break in. There are supporter on both camps but I'm definitely on the hard camp.

But if you are buying a Honda Fit and plan to keep it for a decade plus, by all means, soft break it.

yea my car is leased...lol, break-in period. but had i purchased my car, i would be singing a different tune
