Did searches, but can't find an answer to this question. Does anyone know what the difference, if any, is between base and luxury ride height? Did some test driving today, but the dealership didn't have any luxury models on the lot to compare to the base ride height.

i think they are the same, I have a sport package car but for some reason it has the "comfort suspension" and it is pretty much the same height as a luxury and base model

p.s. doesn't make the car any more comfortable over rough roads, has to be the firmest comfort suspension ever. My dad's E350 sport is much lower and 5x as comfortable, it glides.

Thank you very much! It's hard to accurately compare photos; this is really helpful. And yeah...my dad has an E, too, and that thing is butter-smooth compared to the base C's I drove. Oh well...

From what I have gathered only the airmatic has the ability to lower (by 15mm and automatically lowers the car on fast driving) or raise the ride hight and sport suspension is lowered by 15mm but the other suspensions have the same ride hight.

Hope this helps.
