18" Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Yes, they smoothed out the ride a good bit vs 18 run flats.

Running 18" PSS on my current car as well, and I've always been impressed how Michelins have pretty supple sidewalls in comparison to a lot of other performance tires, not that they have a lot of roll or anything, but I bet it's worlds better than the runflats.

Yeah, I first discovered them on my first S. It went through tires pretty quickly and I was trying various less expensive options. At one point my SA suggested I just spend a little extra and get the MPSS (which were OEM for the 05 W220). Huge difference and I've used them exclusively ever since. My C on 18" MPSS and AirMatic rides like its on a cloud.

About how many miles do you average on them before they need to be replaced?

They're rated for 35000 in a square set up, 17,500 staggered.

I'm staggered on mine, and I know what they're rated for but I usually never see close to that lol
