Update, the vehicle has been in the shop now for four days, they are fitting the new brake rotors to the vehicle and are distressing the exhaust system and the engine mounts to see if it makes any changes. I was told there was one other case they found similar, and replaced the lower control arm, with AMG model. The saga continues...

Update, Got car back yesterday after 9 days in shop, seems to be vibration free, I have driven on highway about 50 miles so far, I was told there is a TSB that suggest remove driveshaft turn 120 degrees and reinstall, remove all covers and heat shields under car and reinstall, replace front brake rotors, after all that they replaced the Conti's tires with Michelin Primacy 3ZP tires, so we shall see what the future brings...

Thanks for this post, Bob. I have a 2016 C300 sport with 450 miles on it and am experiencing the exact same issue, it's quite noticeable. Happens around 55-75mph only. I'm taking it in to the dealer next week, if there's a breakthrough I'll post it.

I have started feeling a vibration at highway speeds in my car but I'm not sure it's the same one discussed in this thread. It is a very high frequency vibration, almost like a buzzing, that I can feel through the steering wheel, gas pedal and even seat. It occurs between around 110 kmh and 130 kmh. At other speeds it seems fine. I have the Conti RF's on 19" wheels. Doesn't seem to matter if I have the suspension in C, S or S+. The car only has about 1200 km on it.
I've experienced vibration caused by unbalanced tires or warped rotors before in other vehicles, and this is nothing like that. It's a higher frequency, kind of like the vibration of a cell phone, but it's constant as long as I stay in that speed range. It actually intensifies a bit when on the gas, and reduces a bit when coasting. It's not related to the road surface, as my highway route takes me over both concrete and asphalt paving, both new and old, and it doesn't change.
Any ideas?
I was planning on waiting a bit before taking it into the dealer, to see if it might be break-in related and hoping that it might sort itself out eventually.

I have another post on here with this same issue. I bought my vehicle May 20th and it has been in the shop for 7 weeks now with them trying to resolve this issue. This week they are replacing some parts, not sure what as I didn't ask. If this doesn't fix it I'm going to call MB Customer Support and file a complaint. They are also refunding me 1 month lease payment because they've had it so much.

Hmmm this almost sounds like an issue Infiniti had with the 2011 G37X. Seemed the factory U joints had an issue that caused a vibration at highway speeds and in some cases a hum. You knew you had it if the rear view mirror became blurry above 50 (or more I forget) mph.

Will do..I just got a call and they are replacing the thrust arms. They received two left sides twice now this week and are having the correct part sent over night. They said they won't have it done now until Mon/Tue next week.

I hope that fixes it for you. Keep us updated. Thanks

Quick Update: Dealer replaced left and right thrust arms. On the invoice it says strut rod and they say it resolved the issue. Haven't had a chance to drive it yet but will see how it rides on the way home today. I'll assume this resolved it but will update this thread if not.

My car is in the shop right now for what sounds to be the same problem. When I am at a constant speed between 65 and 75 MPH I get a vibration in the steering wheel. It vibrates for a second, then stops for a second, then vibrates, then stops. If I go up to 80 MPH the vibration stops.
I happen to have 2 of these cars, both 2016 C300s. My wife's does not have this issue. I was able to show the manager of the service department the vibration. I just want them to fix it.

Any updates on what this is because I am having the same issue. I had the run flats on and my dealership removed the run flats and I had them install Michelin tires and I am still getting this humming, droning noise that starts around 65mph. So I know that it is not the tires. I also noticed that when I go over a speed bump, as the rear tires are coming off the speed bump, i feel a clunking in the steering wheel.
