I already talked to you guys about buying an exhaust and downpipe cor my c300 coupe.

I will post a sound clip when i instal it.

Wanted to ask: do you need to use the app or you can just use the remote control?
Can you configure it so everytime you star the car exhaust is automaticly on the loudest setting?

Hey Marco,

You don't have to use the app, most people prefer key fob, it's more convenient,

App is for owner want to check for exhaust temp., oil temp., turbo pressure, set auto rpm, erase 02 error codes etc...

A lot of owners want the exhaust to be quiet when they started the engine, they don't want to disturb their neighbors and waking up kids, that's why it goes to auto mode automatically.

does the car need to be turn on to put exhaust on ON mode?

Can you give a contact, put exhaust on ON and then the start the car

 

Yes, you have to turn on the car first, so there is power to the OBD2 dongle.

Yes, it's non-catted downpipes,
We have quite a few customers already installed the full set exhaust,
None of this issue (CEL) has ever happened before

Hello All,

I just got my second hand 2015 C250 AMG 3 weeks ago and I am already looking to add extra kit. I love the car truly, amazing. It came with 2 year MBenz warranty. I am looking into getting Armytrix but wanted to get your thoughts on it. I spoke to MBenz to see if they were willing to send me an email that installing this will in no way effect my warranty but they refuse saying that they cannot 100% give me the go ahead and that the risk is on me. If I get engine troubles they may point to the Armytrix and say sorry but you have this aftermarket Sport Cat installed and Cat-back exhaust so you have to pay out of pocket potentially.

They 100% say do not install the Sport Cat in the engine! As far as just the Cat-back exhaust they say well maybe it is OK and it should not cause any issues in the future but again nothing in writing. I am really a newbie to all of this so would love to get your thoughts. Again I love the idea of this exhaust and would love to get it but do not want to later on down the road have issues paying for something that the warranty should cover.

confirmed it won't fit 2015 C300 Sedan

They said it will fit my 300 coupe
So i assume its the same for sedan and coupe?

 

I thought so too as the C250 looks exact like C300 same chassis. Also Armytrix rep said C300 sedan is longer then coupe so it won't fit.

I went ahead and ordered downpipe from weistec and exhaust from awe.

 

I ordered mine because they said it will fit my c300 coupe??

 

Tried to get Armytix installed on my C250 but had to stop the install. There are 3 sensors in the OEM Exhaust. 1 in the Cat/down-pipe and the 2 others in the exhaust for the O2 I think.

The Armytix exhaust could therefore not be installed !!!!

Unless I wanted to have constant error messages and check engine lights etc...

Armytix are you aware of this issue and are you going to updated your exhaust to compensate for this?
