Vinyl wrap + plasti dip wheels ..... pricing question

I looked up a few shops and visited three shops today, and only one could do the vinyl wrapping. I wanted to verify I'm getting somewhat of a good deal by the MB WORLD community.Mustly wondering about the plasti dip and vinyl wrapping part.

Work I want to get done:

Black ( matte) vinyl wrap 95% of the chrome trim around the car. The front chrome lip, the grill, but not the 3 pointed star, the chrome trim surrounding the side door windows , the chrome strip on both sides of the car near the side skirt, the side mirrors and the chrome strip on the trunk lid of the car. Pretty much only chrome that will not be alter is the chrome exhaust tips.

I want the c300 , and mercedes emblem located on the trunk lid Plasti dip. I also want to plastic dip the rims.

Remove and retint windows with cxp film. We didn't talk which quaily grade film so just base it off the lower range film shop offer.

The Quoted amount:

$650 for all the vinyl wrapping
$75 each ($300) plasti dip rim
$140-180 Forgot the figures for the tint
$140 tint removal
-----------------------------------------------------
They told me if I got this all done at once I could get a discounted price of $1089.00.

I honestly feel $75 per wheel is too much, and shouldn't the vinyl wrapping be cheaper than 650? Do y'all think the break down of theses prices are fair? Is the discounted price fair? I may can have them to do some of the work and go else where and get the rest done.

Having dipped my own wheels I think that's a job you could do yourself and save money. As for wrap, I wrapped just the chrome strip on my trunk and it took less than an hour. I think if I were to pay someone to do black out/night package, this price would be worth it for all those parts.
