Just realized Mercedes doesn't sell side moldings to protect from dings?
Also for anyone with a C450 when I floor the car I hear what seems to be stuff spitting out the exhaust or something is that normal? I asked a buddy and he said it's normal it's just excess fuel being shot out of the engine. Just want to verify with you car enthusiast here because I don't know much about cars. Thanks!

I would not know on what height i would need to put them since the top side of the door is sticking out the most. But not a nice location.
I am sure there are non branded ones that could go on it. But i would advise against it.
If you really want it, you could consider a Citroën Cactus. There you have the option standard
they ruin the looks of high end cars that actually have design and styling. vehicles like SUV's that have huge, broad door panels with no lines breaking up sheet metal might benefit from moldings looks wise. but on our cars, having that sculpted arc that goes from the front door all the way to the rear fender is enough that moldings would completely ruin the styling.
but of course, just my opinion
