Window not returning to closed position

2015 Jeep Cherokee , 2004 Mercedes CLK 500 convertiable
Window not returning to closed position
I have a 2004 CLK 500 convertible and when I open the door the window will drop a little and go back up when I close the door . Now the passenger side window will not go back up to the closed position when the door is closed. I have to close it from the inside . Any suggestions on what may be wrong or what i can check. Thanks .

You may need to reset the Windows however you will need to ask advice in the correct forum as you've posted in the 2015 C class section.
