I still think its a good deal. Personally I don't put 5k on a car that I'm leasing no more than 3500. For a payment at about 630 is preferred over giving dealer another 1500. But thats me.
You know the bottom of this dealer. You can risk it and try to leverage another dealer for a better deal. But whats the risk reward for the effort to save 10-15 bucks? At most 50.... To me the deal is a good one. The real question is. 1 do you think this deal is worth it for what you get would be be happy with the purchase? I think you would be. You defi aren't getting screwed over by the dealer. I would do it.

I was asking them if the summer sales event was over why were they doing a
6k discount on the car? They told me it was a "special lease offer".
They also said that the deal was on a car with an msrp of 50k compared
to this cars 61k. This is why i thought it was a good deal.

Then your payment before taxes should be 528.00 so WALK away its not a good deal

4. Is your $5k down in MSDs?
5. You are NOT going to get discounted, even this deep, on a C43.
If I have read this all correctly, you are now talking about the difference between the quoted $584 and $528. Is $56 a month enough to walk away from the car, once considering all the above???
I know you do not want to be taken advantage of, nobody does. But at the end of the day, it seems to be $56 difference. Unless I read this whole thread wrong.

2. They are out of stock. Ordering one with for me i just need to put the deposit.
3.Next dealership is around 30min away they didn't have any in stock either and said my payment would be 700-800 on a LOANER car!
4. Cash.

If a dealer is not interested in negotiating, walk away. The first dealer I went to told me he's give me $7,500 off and that's it. They also told me that it won't get any better. When I told them to call me if anything changes, they said 'Nothing will change'. Went to another Mercedes dealer 15 minutes away and in five minutes, got the deal I wanted. Stick to your guns. Where are you? Take advantage of the MSD's.
