Traction control off

Good day,

how do you (can you) turn traction control full off?
I found esp off in the menus but does that mean the traction control is fully off?

Thanks

The manual states that the traction control is not disabled when ESP is disabled.
I can imagine that for AMG versions there are additional settings. However I cannot find them.

Put the car into Dyno mode (via the service menu) - all the traction stuff is turned off until the next ignition cycle

Service menu:
  1. Turn on ignition
  2. Set the instrument cluster to show odometer mode.
  3. Press and hold the "accept call" button, then press and hold the "OK" button. The service menu should appear after a few seconds.
If you can't get it, do a search on Youtube - there's a few vids on there that show you how it's done.

You'll find "Dynamometer test" mode within that service menu.

Thank you very much,

so with esp off you turn just a part off and with this everything is off

What does only esp off let you do with the car?

I don't believe it. Are you sure you're in the service menu? What are the options under your service menu?

I read on the internet that dyno mode turns off differential lock and that is not possible to drift with the open diff.

is this correct?

You need to be in the home position then select it then scroll to get odometer up NOT home and scroll down to service..... Pretty sure it's there...
