Part # for COMAND Control Unit
Does anyone have the U.S. part # for the COMAND control unit?
Trying to swap the smaller 7 in screen with the bigger one, and the control unit also has to be swapped.
I see A 205 900 22 11 but I believe that's the part number for the control unit for the 7 inch screen.

I doubt this is a trivial swap over. Have you contacted your dealer for advice on this? These are not exactly cheap parts you're talking about and you wouldn't want to waste money trying things that won't work.
I suspect at the very least you'll need updates to the SA equipment codes against that vehicle on the MB vehicle database (VEDOC -which is something really only the dealer can do) because that is what determines the firmware and software which is updated and loaded on the car when they have it hooked up to Xentry during service etc.
If you're just looking at getting the bits elsewhere, the dealership should still be able to give you a full parts breakdown as part of a quotation for the work.
