I took my car for 1st service and used my prepaid warranty. I asked the service associate about tire rotation and she said it is not included in the prepaid service. But MB recommends rotating tires every 10k miles but it is not part of their prepaid service ? Does this sounds correct ? Anyone did their first service with their prepaid plan and have any inputs into this?

It should be included in the PPM. But your 2015 C300 does not need the rotation as it's staggered tires.
I agree. Just a simple oil change & fluid level check should not cost upwards of $300.
Back when my wife still owned her 2014 328i, whenever they would perform an oil change (free maintenance for 4 yrs, 50,000 miles), they would balance the wheels and install a new set of wiper blades.
The first time I brought my old 2015 C300 for it's first schedule A service, I didn't even get new wiper blades.
I'm contemplating on cancelling my 4YR PPM as I ordered it last week and have yet to use the first service. $1565 after taxes is pretty steep for 4 oil changes and 2 brake fluid changes...might just order those services ala carte since MBUSA do send out juicy discount coupons every year.

I had the 4 yr mx plan included as part of the sale price
You get wiper blades regardless of whether you need them or not because the dealer can bill MBUSA for them and make a couple bucks. This abuse is why BMW just stopped offering wiper blades on its included maintenance.

Where did you get the maintenance plan from? IIRC there is a forum member here that consistently has given members a great price on the PPM. Remember that the PPM is completely negotiable. I would NOT do them at the dealership ala carte, trust me unless you plan on DIY.
I have the prepaid baked into my monthly lease payments. Much less of a headache overall..I chose to do it just because I have only been in the workforce for a year so shelling out 300 for an oil change on a whim has more of an effect on me than it would on others. They forgot to do the wiper blades on my 20k service so I went back a few months later and requested them and got them, pretty happy overall. I would probably do it again.
