Auto high beam upgrade?

We have a 2016 C450 which doesnt have the lighting package. The sensor appears to be in the windshield and lights are LED's. Is it possible that the auto high beam is a software update that the dealer could do? I realize there may not be any auto aiming actuators installed and that's fine. Previous car (C350) had it and we really liked it.

Update: need advice

The headlights are aimed too low (both high and low beams). My service advisor reports they can't be upgraded or adjusted. I don't have the static LED's with the adjustment screws referenced elsewhere in this forum. Mine appear to be in a "parked" position but don't move since they aren't ILS lights. Does anyone know of any software that can at least adjust these? Our car seems to have the hardware of the ILS lights without the software (in windshield camera, motors attached to the lights). The car isn't safe to drive at night without other traffic to add light! As stated above I'd like them aimed properly and high beam assist. Don't care about the lights moving with the steering wheel. Any help would be appreciated, the car is in the dealership currently.
