hey

i have been to the dealer early this day to get the mercedes me adapter
but i was shocked with what i have been told

first my car is c250
year built is 12-2104

so he told me you wont get all the options of the locking and maps and find my car and ... ,,,,,,

i will only get whats basically on the cluster board.
he told me these futures only available on the early aand late 2016 built vehicles


is that true or he dosent know whats going on,,

It wont cost you anything so what is there to loose?

The main advantage for me is that you get a drivers journal that also can be exported and saved.
This function is not available in the built in Connect Me Hermes module in 2016 models

i think id go for it
but i have to wait till mid november their saying there were problems with the current adapters their calling it back for new once

could you please write down the exact functions available in you mercedes me because we have the same model an colour

There are no problems with the adapters but Apple decided to put in a last minute change in their IOS 10.0 making the adapter useless with IOS 10
This is why the release has been halted, Android works fine.
Apple users have to wait until the next IOS update, then the adapter will be officially released.
