C300- lemon?

Hey guys.
I got my 16 C300 on August.
So far I love the car but recently my car had a transmission jerking issue
and some random noises.
I left my car with dealer last friday. Yesterday after a week passed dealer called me and said my car would need a couple more days because the car wouldn't start and has about 30 records of the failure.
If I recall around twice? the car didn't start but at the second time it ran fine so
I thought it wasn't a major issue so I didn't report it to the dealer.
Now I think it is a serious issue and I don't feel safe driving a car that might have its engine shut off.
All I want is a new of the same car since I really love the car other than those issues.
Should I contact mbusa first or just wait and see?

Thanks

Also I would like some experience with mbusa regarding this type of an issue.
I had around 4 MB's in the past and I still have my ML but all of them has been
strong.

They didn't say the engine would spontaneously shut off. They said it wouldn't start on the first try and that the computer stored 30 past fault events related to the same error. They'll figure out which module(s) to replace and the car should be fine

I forgot to mention my bad. They said there were numerous failure lights too..... including foward collision warning system, and so on.....

Never had issues with my W211 E-Class that I bought ten years ago. and my passed down ML 500 with 110k miles also no issues except the power steering pump which has been replaced.

F521. Which dealer do you have your car at? My car has been at the TO dealer for two weeks, it starts it's third week tomorrow. It has a really weird vibration issue.

As far as the lemon law the dealer has a "reasonable" number of attempts to fix the problem. There is also something about it being out of service for 30 days. If this is their first attempt to fix the car then you can't lemon law it unless they can't fix it.

It's either three unsuccessful repair attempts for a single issue, or a total of 30 shop days for any combination of issues. Depends on your state, too. Some prevent you from using the courts and force you into binding arbitration. Google "[YOUR STATE] lemon law" and pick an attorney for a free no obligation online case review.

Its actually not "and" situation its rather "or". I actually verified it with a professional. Anyways my car is at MB of Oxnard. I bought the car from there and my work is close to oxnard. The service has been great tbh. I actually would like a replacement rather than my money. My car has many computer related issue. Actually I remember when I went for a test drive with the tech, the light appeared saying foward collison inoperative and tech was like " maybe because we stopped" actually we did stop to switch seats. I'll see and keep this updated. I'm hoping MBUSA has good customer service.
