Replacement Vehicle

I wrote a threat yesterday about my car being lemon.
If I chose to take the replacement.
Would it be the same year and options?
I got a great deal on the car like $6K off msrp.
So if I got the refund I may end up with a car with fewer options.
Generally, three failed warranty repair attempts or 30 cumulative business days out of service are the basis for a Lemon Law case, although this can vary by state. Has your case met these criteria?

In any case, a buy back with a replacement is not a likely option now.

If I were you, I would open a case with MB-USA right now. Let them know how upset you are, and ask for a warranty extension. If you're polite, you may get some compensation out of this.

My first C300 was in for service many times and, without invoking the Lemon Law, I did get trade assistance as well as a seven year extended warranty plus some cash. My new C300, while not perfect, has been much better.
Everybody wants to gripe and complain, but have no resolution.
"My car was out of service for 25 days." Weren't you driving a loaner car? So for a month you were putting mileage on a car that doesn't even belong to you. Doesn't sound like that bad of a deal to me.
Your car is fixed. You think it wasn't fixed well enough? Based on what?
It's a machine, they have thousands of parts. Parts fail. That's why there is a warranty.

Sorry I couldn't update this post for a while.
I have been very busy lately with work :C.
I see a lot of hate comments here about how I didn't feel competent with the Mercedes dealer (The one I bought my car from and had service from).
I will write a more detailed explanation on why I didn't feel competent with the
repair that my Mercedes dealer have done on another time.
Anyways back to the point. MBUSA and I have reached the agreement. Since I wanted something fair for both myself and MBUSA from the beginning. I accepted MBUSA's offer of giving them another chance with the car and if there would be another serious issue like the one I had with the car in the future, MBUSA will revisit the case and provide me with either the replacement car or a refund. So far I went to the MB dealer next to my house (different one from the one I originally went in) and double checked if the car was trouble free and so far the car is driving just fine with most of rattling gone which was a minor issue compared to my car not starting
I hope this car will be trouble-free like my other Mercedes have been since I really love my w205 C300.
