What to look for when buying a used W205?
Greetings!
I found a pretty well equipped 2015 model at a certified MB dealer for a pretty fair price, and I'm considering going there to take a look at it (I've only seen photos of the car online). What are some well known defects I should look at when buying a used W205 specifically, and Mercedes Benz in general (I've been driving Volvo all my life so all input is appreciated). This particular model is a 2015 220D with automatic transmission and has 6000 miles (10.000 km) under the belt, which is quite significant for a two year old car (it was first registered for traffic October 2014, but has never been registered as a taxi).
The car has been up for sale for at least 4 weeks, not sure if that is a long time in used car terms for dealers, so I'm trying to warp my head around if it's a bargain or not.

Sounds like you are about to buy the same one I have , mine was from Texas so may be a different manufacturer plant.
mine had a bunch of recalls , wind noise and wrist pin issues plus the inside rattles , I had the collision prevention inoperable issue
just a bunch things you would never encounter unless you buy ! Good news is that my warranty has covered these annoying things
so far car is smooth but in total dealership had my car for like 15 days across the first 6 months

I purchased mine a month ago with 5000 miles on it. It had been for sale for 6 months (it was a 2016 model purchased in January so it was basically driven for 3 months). As long as it is under warranty, there isn't really much you need to worry about except anything that is damaged by the previous owner (like dents, scratches, interior dings, etc...) as long as that is good, and the cars internals don't seem to have been tampered with then I would say you are good.
