Bluetooth connects when the car is off!
I've tried searching through other forums to see if anybody else is having this problem, and so far I've come up empty.
I have a 2016 C300, and the bluetooth connectivity is great! Too good, actually. I can be a good 50 feet away, listening to music in my bedroom upstairs, when the Merc bluetooth in the car picks up what my phone is putting down, and starts playing in the car. It's incredibly frustrating, as it does the same thing with phone calls!
Anybody else experiencing this issue? How do I work around it?

Never had this problem and never heard anyone about it.
You might want to contact the MB service if this keeps on happening.

Yeah, push button off, then lock the car for good measure, everything turns off. Randomly (not all the time but pretty frequently), it'll pick up in the middle of a phone call or while I'm playing my music through bluetooth speakers in the house. Frustrating.

TTT. I'm probably like 250+ feet from my car, which is in the parking lot, off, and locked, and it's been like that for 30min now, and when I'm making calls on my iPhone, it's still connecting with the Bluetooth..... Anyone else know how to avoid this?

C200 estate 2019 AMG line premium plus.
BMW had an issue where the bluetooth module wasn't shutting down and causing a battery drain.
That was solved with a software update
