Just got a new C300 and noticed that there is no compass anywhere except when the navigation is active. I traded an E350 and I had the compass in the rear view mirror. Am I missing something?
Some say you need the multi-media package. Check by pressing the home button on your steering wheel on the left side and scroll down to navigation I believe. If not there I dont know then since mine is there on my C43 and on my big command lcd screen too but I do have a few options so maybe that's why.
I don'y have HUD, but I do have the Multimedia pkg., and the compass display is located on the COMAND screen either in the upper right-hand corner, or lower left corner on the NAV screen...
