Mounting Front plates

The mounting bracket that came with the car did not include screws nor any instructions. See photo below

I assume the longer standoff is to be attached to the grille below the bumper ( snap on?) and that I need to drill two holes in the bumper for the top attachment.

Any idea what size holes and screw size.

Maybe its best to just let the dealer deal with it.

I need to know how to do this too, but without having to go to the dealership.

My dealer will do it for free in the service drive. Much easier. If you want to do it yourself, you will need to break off the tabs on the bottom part of the bracket and use a electric drill and screws to mount the bracket to the bumper.

I took the car to the dealer to have the plates mounted. It took 20 minutes and free .The lower stand-offs go into the mesh to stabilize the license bracket. Do not break them off as indicted in above post.

Thanks! On the other models they actually remove them. Great info.
