Michelin Pilot Sports
Greetings, I just ordered a set of Pilot Sport A/S 3+'s for my C300 Sport. Have a question for any of you who are running these: do you use the same inflation pressure as the OEM RunFlats?
Thanks much,
Bill

Just had a wheel balance done today. They inflated them to 38 PSI. As they said "The recommended pressure on the door aren't related to different tyre types."

My tires are new but I want to take them off and put them back on at lease return. That way I can run a better riding non-RFT tire and they can have the crappy rft's back at the end.
Short answer, I have no clue how long the Pzeros' will last.

Just came from Costco where I got my MPS 3+'s installed. Wow, what an improvement in ride from the OEM run flats.

i use the 39/45 on my sport. Although my race gauge shows the right psi, but the computer doesnt match usually. it will usually round up or be higher in general.
Dealership checked mine and said theyre ay ok. "load" isnt just weight, i believe; load is also suspension stiffness/height. So even C300 sport suspension with no one in it has more load than a standard. If im correct. Thats why I run the 39/45; Diff tire sizes, even tho the rims are the same.
It feels equally stiff either way, but just seemed like it made sense ( ** NOT an engineer whatsoever )

You're going to have to replace tires no matter what so you might as well get some tires that, not only you'll enjoy, but ones that will last and perform!
