Touch pad is useless because it's inconsistent in its usage. There are a few places where I was forced to use the wheel to enter alphabets.

MB really need to hire some UI experts from Silicon Valley or something.

Not while driving, its unsafe. COMAND is poor for consistency and ease of use.

Has anyone added the touchpad or does anyone know the touchpad can be added? I just want it for the handrest, its annoying without it.

Have you purchased a touchpad yet? I am looking to remove my touchpad and am in search of the trim piece to cover the hole. If you purchased a touchpad, do you have that silver trim piece available for sale? I'd also be interested in the part number of that piece if anyone has that information.

I have a 2015 C400, how can I get this update? Would I just ask the dealer?

I was hoping to find model numbers for parts I need to change my control panel to this. I think it looks a lot cleaner and the trackpad really only gets in my way.
