Speakers not working after Service B

just got my car back from Service B. Have a 2015, no MM, yes Burmeister.
Sound was working fine when I dropped the car off this morning, as I was driving back home from the dealership, I noticed there was no sound coming from the speakers. Tried BT, radio, telephone... everything looks functional but no sound. Tried factory reset, didn't help. Didn't do a soft reset yet since it was dark when I got home and I don't have a garage.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm afraid that the dealership will blame the 12" screen upgrade I did, even though it's been working perfectly fine before the Service.

I had a similar issue after a recent service. I paused and restarted the music on my Apple phone (which was connected by BT), and it cured the problem.

That was also the first thing I tried.

Took it into the dealership today, they obviously blamed it on the aftermarket screen which makes no sense on how it was working before I took it in. They also confirmed they didn't do any software updates, so really makes no sense.

I'm going to check the fuses(even though the dealership supposedly checked these) and then open up the dash and look for loose cables. If that doesn't do it, I guess put the old screen back in and back to the dealership I go.
