Anyone else's inside rear view mirror shake and distort?
Is anyone else having an issue with the inside rear-view mirror start shaking and get distorted when accelerating from a stop? It usually happens from around 20 mph to 40mph and then it just goes away. It looks like the mirror starts shaking and everything in the mirror gets distorted. I usually drive in ECO or Comfort. The car has 4K miles.
Time to head to the dealer?

I've noted this on rough road but then I'd expect it as the mirror is rubber mounted. Probably depends on the engine and how well it's vibration damped.

It happens to me on normal paved roads. It's a little irritating. I'll probably take it in this weekend to have that checked out. I've also noticed my gas light losing lines very quickly. I'll fill up and within the first 10 miles, I'll lose a line. The car is averaging 24MPG!

I've never noticed it. Of course, I'm rarely looking in the rear view mirror while accelerating from a stop.

Yes I have! I thought it was just me. I can get it to stop for a while by re-adjusting it. I checked my tires thinking I have some cupping going on but they are OK.

Not sure if my issue is related, but I have a creaking/rattling noise issue with my rear view mirror between 0mph to 50mph. It's especially annoying and noticeable when decelerating to a stop... like right before I come to a stop. Haven't noticed if the mirror image gets distorted when I hear the creaks but I'll keep an eye out for that on the way home today.
I can fix it for a minute or two by readjusting the mirror but then it just comes back. Thinking of going to the dealer and having it checked out because every other part of my car is dead quiet so that just brings these creaks to the forefront.
