About to order C350Te, some questions I'm new here
I have a deadline tomorrow to order a 2018 C350Te, set to production last week of May, definert 9th of June.
I got an insane leasing deal on this wagon
Selenite grey
AMG exterior/interior
Distronic Plus
360 camera
Cranberry red leather
LED ILS
comfort package
Trailer hitch
Memory package bath sides
Comand online
Leather dash
19" AMG 655
Burmester
This is mostly it
But would you consider Audi A4 190bhp quattro S-tronic S-line over the Merc?
Best regards, maybe soon to be C owner

We currently have an 18 Q7 and we had a prior gen 12' A5. The old A5/A4 were very handsome cars. The redesign is a step in the wrong direction IMO, but the Virtual Cockpit is cool. That's about it.

I've driven 2017 A4 3.0 TDI quattro S-tronic and it was a Great car to drive. I like the interiør in the A4, feels very high class. And the stick is good, though I prefer BMW stick and transmission as the best one yet. Mercedes just looks beautiful, comfortable to drive and a Nice high center console makes it feel like a bygger car.

I confess I haven't driven an Audi for a couple of years. I looked at the much larger A7 before the Mercedes and I hated it. It looked lovely outside, had everything I needed including the better hatch like boot but the interior was black and dreary and the engine, while punchy, transmitted every vibration into the car and at idle/standstill so much that the steering wheel shook. I don't get any of that in the Merc and while I still have a problem with this awful auto gearbox, as a car for every day I couldn't wish for more, eminently more refined than my audi or BMW experiences.

Ordered! Shame I wasn`t aware that you need the Night Pack to get the AMG front lip in black. I didn`t know it was standard chrome ![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Normally this would be an easy fix but came up with a red flag, ****. What now, is it worth postponing delivery just because of this?
About to start a poll on the seats, I think cranberry is beautiful. But after a while won`t it look dirty and not that great matte fresh look??

The color coat on the leather is very thin. I wore through my left upper bolster in about three months. Be aware of abrading it getting in and out. So far despite regular cleanings it hasn't gotten shiny.

It's not a huge ordeal to remove that lip and have it wrapped black or whatever. It's a 3 piece plastic thing that just snaps into place. But if you want the whole Night look I'd change the order.

Yeah I'd wait to get the stuff I wanted. No opinion on Cranberry (I have Crystal Grey) other than the color coat is thin and prone to show wear or wear thru. If I had to pick a safe color it would be black.
