C205 Mirror Indicator Replacement
Evening all,
C220 16 plate W205
bought a replacement for a cracked one, has anyone done this job and can you help with a brief guide, Don't want to force and break the cover.

Yes I've replaced the cover and the indicator having smashed it.
the cover pops off using trim tools having first removed the mirror glass simply by pulling it evenly around the edges.
the cover and indicator has a small wire that connects the indicator, this just pulls off.
replace the indicator with two small screws and push to reattach.
the cover does have a couple of small tabs near the inner side of the housing so be careful to pull straight back when removing the cover or you risk snapping it.
