C350e screen not responding

Hi everyone..... need some help here. My new car ( two months old)giving some problems. No display on the screen, on reverse the camera does not come on. Can't start my navigation or entertainment by pressing the on button...!! What cud be the problem n any easy fix available???

Try turning it off and on again. My C Class does this may be once in a bluemoon

Hold the power button down for 30 seconds or something. Resets the system or something like that

Holding down the CD eject button for 10 seconds reboots COMAND but yours sounds like a service visit is in order. I'd check for blown fuses as well. There will be several that can affect it.

tried it today morning and its working fine back... nedd to keep an eye out if it happens again!

switching of and switching on back the engine seems to work... but thanks on the above tips! Will try it if it happens again

Most people don't realise that your elbow can power off the screen. Took me about 30 mins to work out what happened. Turning the car off and on again keeps the screen in the same mode.

It's a mistake you only make once.
